I am a Local History Librarian in western North Carolina. My passion is preserving and sharing history in all forms, specifically cemeteries. Every burial is a story, regardless of whether a stone exists or not. I believe that it’s our duty as the living to tell the tales of those who have gone before us. It will be the job of future generations to tell our stories, so we need to carry the torch.
